OUR CHARITY - SISU SEVA SATHKARA

 

We raise funds for socially disadvantaged children by allocating 10% of each order value to this charity fund.  We have identified few rural schools in Sri-Lanka with great teaching staff  who are unable to provide learning resources to their students due to lack of government and parental support for required resources. Our funds will support students and teachers with learning resources and students basic needs  to make a good progress at school. The fund will support:

 

•  provide all types of learning equipment

•  Teaching aids and other teachers resources

• Students basic needs such as uniforms, shoes, food, travel card, bags and books

• Library facilities

• Lab facilities

• Computer facilities

• Sports equipment and other recreational facilities

 

Timely intervention like this can make the difference between giving a child the chance to achieve their potential while at school, or that child struggling and perhaps failing during a time which is probably the most important of their lives - shaping the person they ultimately become.
