Step 1.

Go through the "THE SHOP" for clothes patterns and make a note of the STYLE CODE, COLOUR and PRICE in rupees for the designs that you would like to order.

 

Step 2. Goto the MEASUREMENTS page and read the instructions. Make a note of your mesurements. For Saree Blouse and Bra you need to see Our stylist twice for taking mesurements and for fit-ton. Our stylist will visit you by appointment only.

 

Step 3. Down Load the ORDER FORM from this page. Complete it electronically using word and e-mail it to;

Step 4. You will get an e-mail confirming your order and time frame to complete within 24 hours of placing your order. It will take 7-14 days to deliver the items.

 

Step 5. You will be required to make the total payment at that point using internal bank transfer.

 

Step 6. The order will be delivered to the address stated on the order form.

 

Step 7. There will be a delivery charge of Rs.250 for colombo and will specify the delivery charge on confirmation of the order.

 

 

Refund Policy

You may return the items that you are not happy with within 2 days of recieving the order  in the original label and packaging and the items must be in unused condition. Please note if the items are not in its original condition we will not make any refund.

 

If the items are in its original condition and returned to us within 2 days we will make full refund through internal bank transfer exclding the delivery charge.

 

Please note you need bear the cost of postage for any returning items.
